| The cream puff company and outlet from Japan, Beard Papa, seems to be enjoying a lot of popularity nowadays in the major coastal cities of the US. I always wondered how Mr. Papa got his start in the choux cream business, and while the following exercise doesn't really give that detail, we do get a better look at what he looked like at the beginning. |
